Crowds - helping brands on Twitter

I was a UX Design lead on Crowds, a B2B2C platform that enables approved members of the public to voluntarily help brands respond to customer issues via social media, e.g. Product Experts reply to issues regarding given brand's products on Twitter through our platform.
