Steve from Encourager HR came to us with a DIY Wix website and very little idea how to push his business forward without relying on local networking events.

We built him a brand new site in Webflow with the purpose of capturing new leads via PPC campaigns.

We really stretched our copywriting & marketing muscles on this project with several in-depth meetings focused on getting to the essence of why businesses need HR. We didn't want to fall into the trap of spouting the usual corporate jargon. We wanted language that spoke directly to his customer.

Going the extra mile every step of the way, we completely revamped his site following data we received from Microsoft Clarity. We saw that the initial colour palette was too muted, disrupting the user experience. We also saw that certain sections were not contributing anything towards converting site visitors. So, we moved them to new pages in order to streamline the principle experience.

This made a marked improvement on his site conversions.
