NFT Collection Design and Development

This project went far beyond a typical NFT drop. The Uland Collection was built around an interactive online game in which every character played an active role within the ecosystem.

In total, we designed 10,000 unique 3D characters, including 3,333 robot characters, 3,333 male characters, 3,333 female characters, and one exclusive VIP character. Each character was carefully crafted with up to 20 distinctive traits, such as head design, neck elements, vests, armor, hairstyles, glasses, ears, backpacks, and more—allowing for deep visual diversity and a strong sense of individuality across the collection.

In this post, we’re showcasing a selection of characters from the robot category, highlighting the level of detail, variation, and creative depth behind their design.

This project involved many additional layers — from concept development to technical execution — which we’ll be sharing in upcoming posts.

Alongside the character design, we produced a wide range of promotional assets—including animations, multiple concepts, and presentation materials—to support the project’s social media growth.

These efforts helped the project attract 20,000 new users in under one month and ultimately achieve $4M in revenue. The project continues to evolve and expand.

In this project, we delivered 10,000 completely unique characters—no duplicates, no repetitions. All assets were delivered in 4K resolution, with each character presented individually.
