This project was more focused on the post-sale part.
As a saas with a high volume of customers, they had a hard time tracking revenue, onboarding and churn.
We created a revenue tracking pipeline, as every customer "consumes" credits every month
We also created automations to make the onboarding way smoother and more effective, hence increasing onboarding rate.
We created indicators for the CSM team to know when an account is in danger and should be engaged to avoid churn.
