As the Full-stack Developer and CTO at LicenceOne, I played a pivotal role in the inception, development, and ongoing enhancement of our software solutions, driving the company’s technological vision and leading the development team. 1. Developing the MVP:

Technologies Used: Vue.js, PHP (Symfony)

Description: Spearheaded the development of LicenceOne's Minimum Viable Product (MVP) using Vue.js for the front-end and PHP with the Symfony framework for the back-end. This foundational version of the software enabled us to validate key hypotheses and gather crucial user feedback early in the development process.

2. Hosting and Deployment:

Platform Used: Clevercloud

Description: Managed the hosting and deployment of the MVP using Clever cloud, ensuring a scalable and reliable infrastructure to support our growing user base. This involved configuring server environments, setting up continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and monitoring server performance.

3. Developing the Full Version:

Description: Transitioned from the MVP to the full-scale, production-ready version of the software. This entailed extensive feature development, performance optimization, and robust testing to meet the high standards of functionality and reliability expected by our users.

4. Team Management and Leadership:

Description: Led and managed a team of developers, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. Provided mentorship and guidance to junior developers, conducted code reviews, and facilitated knowledge sharing to enhance the overall skill set of the team. Focused on delivering high-quality features efficiently and effectively.

5. Implementing Product Management Tools:

Tool Used: PostHog

Description: Integrated PostHog, a product analytics and management tool, to gain valuable insights into user behavior and software performance. This enabled data-driven decision-making, helping us prioritize feature development and improve user experience based on real-time analytics.
