Here's my take on a gym soundtrack designed to boost people's workouts.
Additionally, I've crafted a one-hour playlist (and mix) tailored for a specific HIIT workout routine, encompassing 5 minutes for warming up, 45 minutes of intense workout with beats ranging between 120 and 150 bpm, followed by 5 minutes for cooling down and another 5 minutes for stretching.
