Offer Sent Follow-Up Workflow
Built a multi-stage follow-up automation for leads who have received an offer. The workflow sends scheduled SMS reminders, waits for customer responses, evaluates message intent (positive, negative, or no response), updates opportunities accordingly, sends internal notifications, manages Do Not Disturb (DND) settings where necessary, creates follow-up tasks, and continues automated outreach until the lead responds or the sequence ends. This ensures consistent communication while minimizing manual follow-up.
