workcloud24 AG is a Düsseldorf-based company that connects building data, smart metering and AI with real-world execution for real estate. From its German base it works across nine European markets, with hotels, offices, residential buildings, logistics, retail and public buildings. The engagement is ongoing.
Challenge
A technical offer with several audiences: owners, operators, tenants, lenders and buyers. The website had to make clear which problem workcloud24 solves for each kind of building, and what the next step is.
Asset Explorer: six asset types as tabs, with a segmented progress bar that moves on to the next one.
Solution
The redesign was designed in Figma and built in Framer on a new design system, set up next to the old site so the live pages stayed untouched while the new ones were in progress. Colour tokens and text styles bind every text and colour to a style. Every repeated element is a component: buttons, section eyebrows, cards, process steps, the call-to-action band, FAQ items and the navigation dropdown. The site is responsive across four breakpoints (1440 and up, 1200, 810 and phone) with one spacing scale, with accessibility landmarks on every page and a clean heading order.
Market Explorer: nine markets, each with its own contact card, and an interactive map of Europe built as a custom code component.
Process Explorer in Figma: a sticky, scroll-driven How it works section. The same pattern runs the decision cards on the Public Services page.
Public Services: the decision cards appear one by one while the stage stays pinned.
Hospitality page: the How it works section, built from the same components as every asset page.
Result
The new site is live at workcloud24.com, with a page for every asset type (Hospitality, Office, Public Services, Residential, Logistics and Retail) and the Commercial Wallet, all built from the same components. The engagement is ongoing.
