PraxisAI — Source-Backed Research Workflows

I created PraxisAI for real-estate research and qualification, combining AI-assisted work with source evidence and explicit review.

The system includes a Next.js command center, CLI, SQLite and six resumable workflows. My work covers source-backed property research, repeat-run deduplication, work queues and resumable state.

Communication-related steps include draft preparation, reply classification and call briefs, with human-reviewed actions and receipts. The emphasis is traceability and controlled execution, not unattended outreach.
