Overview
I edited and color graded this launch hype reel for Hyrox x ViyaFit Dubai, a collaboration between one of the world's fastest growing fitness competitions and one of Dubai's leading training facilities.
Problem & Solution
The brief was pure energy. Hyrox is a brand built on intensity and performance, and this video needed to match that from the first frame. A minute-long hype reel sounds straightforward until you're actually in the edit, every cut has to hit, the pacing has to keep climbing, and the color has to feel like it belongs in a sports campaign, not a lifestyle vlog.
The edit was built around momentum. Fast cuts timed to the track, sequenced so the energy keeps building rather than plateauing halfway through. The color grade pushed contrast and punch, the kind of look that makes footage feel like it was shot for a global sports brand, because it was. One minute, no filler, nothing that doesn't earn its place on screen. Exactly what a launch video should be.
