BUSINESS ANALYST, NOAA

•       Collaborate and maintain stakeholder relationship with clients

•       Gather and write concise business requirements, user stories, and documentations

•       Conduct business research and ad hoc analysis for clients on product strategy and third-party vendors

•       Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to improve product capabilities

•       Analyzing customers products and identifying pain points 

•       Assist client inquires and technical consultation regarding product functionality or problems

•       Solve challenging business problems by presenting actionable insight and strategic recommendations

•       Develop a consistent process for administering, tacking, and communicating all IT and product deployments

•       Collaborate within cross-functional teams on new features, technical designs, technical requirements, limitations, and implementations.

•       UAT testing

•       Experience with Agile & JIRA

•       Experience with project management
