💼 Case Study: Empowering Equity in Tech Group with a Mission-Driven Website
Overview
Client: Equity in Tech Group (EITG)
Goal: Support EITG’s mission to diversify the tech industry by connecting underprivileged individuals with opportunities to gain certifications and start careers in tech.
The Challenge
EITG needed a professional, easy-to-navigate website to communicate its mission, attract donors, and allow users to sign up for training programmes. The site had to inspire trust and clearly guide two key user groups - donors and programme applicants - toward meaningful action.
The Process
I handled both the design and development of the website using Webflow, focusing on a clean, mission-driven aesthetic.
Key features included:
A donation portal for supporters to contribute directly to EITG’s initiatives
Sign-up forms for participants interested in earning industry-recognized certifications
A clear information flow highlighting the organisation’s goals and impact
Throughout the build, I designed and implemented multiple forms and ensured the structure was intuitive for both donors and applicants.
The Outcome
The finished website gave Equity in Tech Group a fully functional digital presence that effectively communicates its mission and makes it simple for visitors to take action - whether donating or applying for the programme.
EITG now has a platform that strengthens credibility, increases engagement, and supports its ongoing work to bring greater diversity and inclusion to the tech industry.
Together with Cohan Leon Daley I worked on creating a website for Equity In Tech Group. EITG is a charity that works on getting more diversity into tech.
