Overview Nexzil Labs designed and delivered Swift and Easy end to end — from discovery and requirements through design, development, testing, and release. The platform brings three separate operational domains into one system that both tenants and property managers can work in.

The Challenge The product had a broad feature surface spanning property operations, administrative records, and subscription billing. Before any build work could begin, the scope needed prioritizing, user journeys needed defining, and the whole team needed a shared delivery plan to work against. Access rules were the critical piece: tenants, landlords, and administrators each required distinct permissions across the same data.
