Developed a comprehensive school management platform with robust role-based access control for Admin and Staff. Key features delivered include:
Dashboard: Centralized school overview with quick stats and insights.
Batch Management: Create and organize class batches with structured ordering.
Class Management: Handle individual classes efficiently, including assigned students and subjects.
Student Module: Add new students, upgrade classes/batches, and view full student history—class upgrades, fee payments, contact information, and more.
Subjects: Add subjects with designation (core/elective) for each class in every batch, with default core subject assignment.
Subject Assignment: Allocate elective subjects individually to students or update assignments in bulk.
Fee Structure: Configure fee plans for each class and batch, track fee payments, and mark payment status for students.
Fee History: Access detailed records of fee transactions, payment status (paid, pending, bounced), and student details.
Exams: Create exams per class, manage theory/practical marks, set pass/fail criteria, and implement a grading system.
Marks Upload: Streamline mark entry via Excel upload/download; automate mark imports for all students and maintain downloadable records.
Grading: Assign grades (A+, A, B, etc.) based on performance for each student.
Delivered this project end-to-end for a client, ensuring a scalable, intuitive, and efficient digital solution for school operations.
