XLabs asked for something minimal, but with character. They are a software house doing custom development and SEO, and a generic agency layout would not have worked for them. The challenge was finding the right balance, keeping things clean and restrained, but adding enough personality to make the site feel like theirs and not like every other minimal template out there.
I built everything in Framer, focusing on the small things that usually make the difference, the spacing, the rhythm of the sections, a few subtle animations and some details that reward attention without getting in the way. Nothing flashy, nothing decorative just for the sake of it.
The result is a site that feels calm and confident, easy to read, fast to navigate, and aligned with the kind of work they do. It communicates seriousness and precision, but still has a recognisable identity behind it.
