United Sacrament Mobile Int Inc. (USMI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building creator infrastructure: housing, production facilities, education, and distribution channels so creatives can stabilize and scale. Their mission is eradicating the stigma of the struggling artist.
They needed a site that could communicate a complex, multi-phase capital deployment strategy to foundations, sponsors, and institutional partners while still feeling accessible and mission-driven.

Capital deployment and Phase 1 activation
The site leads with USMI's Phase 1 target of €150M (~$200M USD) and a long-term platform capacity of $1.5B over 10 years. I structured this into a clear visual hierarchy so institutional partners can immediately understand the scale and roadmap.
Phase 1 unlocks site control, initial buildout readiness, operating readiness, and data room readiness for institutional partners.

Residency-based program model
The core of USMI's offering is a residency model integrating 4 pillars:
Subsidized housing: stable, below-market residences
Professional studios: production-ready workspaces for music, visual arts, and media
Structured development: mentorship, education, and professional pathways
Community infrastructure: shared resources, events, and collaboration
Governance and accountability section
Built a dedicated section covering USMI's institutional-grade standards: independent board oversight, audited financials, transparent reporting, and approval for foundation, corporate, and government funding. Includes a direct link to their SEC EDGAR filing.
Secure portal and participation flow
The site funnels mission-aligned supporters (individuals, foundations, institutional partners) toward a secure portal for contributions and structured engagement requests.
Key features built:
Dark blue and gold theme reflecting institutional credibility
Phase 1 capital deployment breakdown with clear metrics
4-pillar residency program model with numbered sections
Governance and regulatory filings section with SEC link
Secure portal CTA for institutional participation
Fully responsive across all devices
