Our specialization is supporting beginning businesses in creating their first online store and assisting them with company administration, such as order processing.
By remaining on top of your assigned tickets with same-day ticket review, you can ensure merchants have a speedy response time.
When proposing solutions, act as a business coach and consider the merchant's business holistically.
Finishing necessary follow-up paperwork following each conversation.
Handling human discussions with merchants to discover and address issues, as well as give coaching and company growth possibilities.
Provide needs-based solutions rather than forceful sales.
By connecting with stakeholders, I advocate for merchants and the Shopify platform.
Taking ownership of your own development by reflecting on prior encounters and planning to explore growth possibilities with your lead in frequent 1:1 sessions.
