Detailed Description: Designed and developed a comprehensive B2B & B2C e-commerce platform serving wholesale and retail buyers. Built a Flutter mobile app alongside a WordPress web platform with an advanced order management dashboard — including complex data filtering and dynamic PDF generation for bulk invoices. Implemented a multi-tier Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system with real-time notifications to track large-scale order lifecycles. Successfully scaled the architecture to onboard regular end-user customers alongside wholesale buyers without compromising performance.
