Three ways to work together

Every engagement starts with a 30-minute fit call. If I'm not the right person, I'll tell you and point you at someone who is.
Founders and operators at companies with 10 to 60 people who need a senior operator installed part-time to run their operations, delivery pipeline, and AI tooling.
Step in part-time as the operations lead for your business. Set the weekly cadence, install the systems, clean up the bottlenecks, and build the dashboards that tell you whether things are on track.
Operators who know AI should be doing more inside their business but can't find the hours to wire it up. Usually 1 to 30 people, running on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
A fixed-scope two-week engagement. Audit the workflow, pick three automations that save the most hours, build them, and leave you with runbooks your team will keep using after I'm gone.
Founders with a repeatable motion (outreach, support, content, community) they want running as a Claude skill instead of as a full-time hire.

How the engagement runs

Five steps from fit call to handoff

Every engagement follows the same rhythm. No account managers, no sub-contractors, no deck-first theater.
Fit call (30 minutes, no prep)
Tell me what's on fire. I ask what you've already tried, who it affects, and what finished looks like. If I'm not the right person, I say so and point you at someone who is.
Scoping doc (within 48 hours)
One page. The problem in your words. The deliverable in mine. A fixed price for sprint work, a weekly cap for studio partnerships, and the first milestone date.
Kickoff (week one)
I join the Slack, the standup, and the one meeting that actually matters. I read the client escalations, the last month of delivery notes, and the places where your team keeps saying the same thing twice.
Build and install (weeks two through four)
Working software, running processes, or both. I hand off every artifact with a runbook your team can operate without me in the room.
I stay on for 30 days of free follow-up after the engagement closes. If something I shipped breaks, I fix it. If your team has questions, I answer them. No account managers, no tickets.

The studio is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Most engagements run fully remote over Slack, Google Meet, and shared docs. For Phoenix-area operators, I can come in for kickoffs and quarterly reviews.
Agencies sell decks and slideware. Kingbird ships working software, running processes, and installed Claude skills. Every engagement ends with something your team uses on Monday morning. No account managers, no sub-contracted work.
You do. Source files are delivered at handoff with no vendor lock-in. You get lifetime updates on v1.x of what I ship, and an optional hosted monitoring retainer if you want me to keep eyes on it.
If the work is a repeatable motion (outreach, support replies, content, review responses, community seeding), a Claude skill is usually faster, cheaper, and easier for a small team to run. If the work needs a database, multi-user access, or payments, you probably need a SaaS build. The fit call is the right place to figure out which side of the line you're on.
Operations Partnerships run on a 3-month minimum at 10–20 hours a week. AI Implementation Sprints are fixed two-week engagements. Skill & System Builds are scoped per project. I don't do open-ended retainers.
