When Avelino Limo Italia approached me, they were operating as an elite service but looked like a commodity. They were transporting Filipino VIPs, politicians, and high-net-worth families across Italy, but their website positioned them as a generic "van rental."
They were trapped in a price war with local competitors, and their digital presence failed to reflect the world-class, "white-glove" experience provided inside the vehicles.
The Business Goal: Elevate brand perception, eliminate price-sensitivity, and attract high-ticket bookings from the Filipino Elite traveling to Europe.

Section 2: The Strategy & The "Malasakit" Gap
Instead of jumping straight into Figma, I ran a deep strategic discovery phase. I uncovered a massive white space in the European luxury transport market: The Empathy Gap.
While massive competitors (like Blacklane) provide sterile, robotic, and "cold" luxury, Avelino Limo possessed an un-copyable superpower: Malasakit (the deep, proactive, empathetic care of Filipino hospitality).
We shifted their positioning from "Van Rental" to "The Filipino Heart in the European Hub."
The UX Pivot: Designing for the Gatekeeper
I identified that the actual user of the website is not the VIP—it is The Gatekeeper (the Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Travel Planner). The website's number one job was to lower the Assistant's anxiety by proving absolute reliability, strict security compliance, and frictionless communication.

Section 3: The Copywriting & Visual Direction
Luxury whispers; it doesn't shout. I developed an Editorial, "Discreet Luxury" aesthetic heavily inspired by Aman Resorts.
Color Palette: Warm off-whites, deep charcoals, and champagne accents to communicate warmth (Kapwa) and honor (Dangal).
Typography: High-contrast serif headlines paired with minimalist, highly-legible geometric sans-serifs.
Copywriting: I took over 100% of the copywriting, transforming standard vehicle lists into "The Mobile Suites," and standard booking forms into "The Concierge Desk."
Section 4: The Framer Execution
I translated the design system into a flawless, high-performance Framer build.
The "Avelino Ledger" Layout: A staggered, asymmetrical Z-pattern using sharp 90-degree corners, custom vector icons, and huge, 10% opacity watermark numbers to create a luxury magazine feel.
The Horizontal Scroll: Implemented smooth, horizontal timeline animations for "The Avelino Protocol" (the 5-step booking process) to make the user journey feel effortless.
The Unified Concierge Desk: Built a custom-coded Formspark intake portal styled to look like an elite dossier, completely eliminating the EA's booking friction.

Section 5: The Impact
By presenting the design as a mathematical conclusion to a rigorous business strategy, the client approved the entire website on the very first Staging Link, with zero design revisions.
The new digital flagship successfully positioned Avelino Limo as an untouchable monopoly in the Filipino-European luxury logistics space, justifying premium rates and establishing a clear roadmap for search engine dominance.
