As part of the Workshop agency team, I wrote a complete strategic brand foundation for the newly formed, high-profile Real Estate Investment Trust IQHQ in San Diego.
Behind IQHQ is a team of renowned and fearless pioneers in RE investment, specializing in premier life science real estate.
The work involved working directly with the leadership team to capture the intended brand essence and build consensus and excitement around the new brand.
