This project began with fashion references provided exclusively by designer Victor Marrufo. There was no physical garment and no photoshoot. Our role was to translate his luxury evening gown concept into a believable high-fashion campaign while preserving the exact craftsmanship and silhouette of his design.

Fashion designers need reliable ways to preview garments as if they physically exist. They need to see movement, lighting interaction, and the emotional impact of a design in motion.

AI fashion introduces specific obstacles. Silhouettes can drift away from the reference. Velvet and appliqué may become flat or synthetic. Jewelry often shifts scale or clarity. It is easy for the digital creation to feel detached from reality. Our objective was to ensure that the AI-generated gown felt completely wearable, alive, and grounded in the world around it.

We were not simply generating imagery. We were constructing a garment with presence.

AI Explorations, The Imperfect First Steps

Early explorations revealed where the models struggled. Sleeves distorted. Lace lost dimensionality. Fabric bunched in unrealistic ways. Jewelry became inconsistent and lacked structure.

These initial attempts were necessary. Each test informed the next stage, shaping a process that respected both physics and couture design.

The Workflow

Building the Dress and Integrating It into Reality

Stage One: AI Garment Construction Working with Flora and Nano Banana Pro, we digitally sculpted a gown that matched Victor Marrufo’s design references precisely. This included the one-shoulder structural sleeve, the hand-placed lace across the bodice, the long velvet silhouette, and a train that responded believably to movement.

Stage Two: Enhancor v3 for Real-World Presence The garment and model were refined using Enhancor v3 to reinforce texture, lighting, and motion accuracy. Fabrics captured ambient light correctly. The model interacted with the city environment in a manner consistent with editorial photography.

Stage Three: High-End Retouching Every final frame was treated as if it came from a traditional luxury campaign. Lace details were enhanced, gemstone reflections corrected, and dress motion refined. Color grading unified the composition and city atmosphere, achieving a true editorial finish.
