As the project manager, I effectively spearheaded the implementation of a Blockchain-based fish traceability system in Bangladesh's aquaculture sector, led by WorldFish and USAID. Collaborating closely with end-users, specifically fish farmers, our team facilitated their learning and adoption of the innovative system. Despite challenges posed by an underprivileged and undereducated fish farmer population with limited access to modern technology, we navigated through these obstacles to ensure the successful implementation of the new system. This is a SaaS B2B2C platform.
