Solution: We used natural materials like wood and glass, with large windows to integrate the outdoors.
Maximizing Views: Ensuring panoramic views without sacrificing privacy.
Solution: South-facing orientation with floor-to-ceiling windows and overhangs for sun control.
Sustainability: Balancing eco-friendly features with luxury design.
Solution: Solar panels, energy-efficient materials, and rainwater systems were discreetly integrated.
Results: The 3D model showcased a modern, eco-friendly lake house with seamless indoor-outdoor flow, meeting the client’s vision for both luxury and sustainability.
