Clinical Trial Product User Experience Redesign

In the rapidly evolving landscape of healthcare, the optimization of clinical trial processes has become essential to advance medical research and improve patient outcomes. This project focused on reimagining the user experience of a clinical trial product to enhance its usability, efficiency, and effectiveness.

The primary goal of this project was to improve the user experience for both clinical researchers and trial participants. By leveraging user-centered design principles, the project aimed to streamline the onboarding process for participants, facilitate data collection and analysis for researchers, and ultimately contribute to the success of clinical trials.

Figma, a collaborative design tool, was employed to create wireframes, prototypes, and design assets for this project. Its user-friendly interface allowed for seamless collaboration with stakeholders and rapid iteration.

Research and Analysis: Conducted in-depth research to understand the pain points and challenges faced by clinical trial participants and researchers. Analyzed existing product features and user feedback.

User Personas: Developed detailed user personas for both participants and researchers to ensure a deep understanding of their needs and goals.

Wireframing: Created wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize the new user journey and product interface.

Usability Testing: Conducted usability tests with target users to validate design choices and gather feedback for improvement.

High-Fidelity Design: Produced high-fidelity designs with a focus on intuitive navigation, accessibility, and a modern visual aesthetic.

Prototyping: Developed interactive prototypes in Figma to demonstrate the proposed user experience.

Iterative Design: Collaborated closely with stakeholders, including developers and product managers, to iterate on the design based on their feedback.
