Objective: Create a high-conversion landing page that clearly communicates the value of the Ghostwriting OS system, guides visitors toward taking action (e.g., booking strategy calls), and helps aspiring writers build a sustainable career.
2. The Challenge
Client's Needs:
Create a website that speaks directly to struggling writers and shows them that there’s a proven way to succeed in the writing industry.
Convey trust and authority while avoiding overwhelm, presenting a simple but powerful system for growing a sustainable career.
Focus on conversion: guiding visitors toward booking a free strategy call and signing up for the Ghostwriting OS program.
Challenges:
Striking the balance between offering a straightforward, step-by-step system while addressing potential clients' doubts (e.g., “Will this actually work for me?”).
Creating a compelling offer for writers without overwhelming them with too much information at once.
Overcoming common objections, such as imposter syndrome, lack of experience, and concerns about not having a big following.
3. The Solution
Design Approach:
Created a clean, minimalistic layout with a direct and empathetic tone that would resonate with aspiring writers. The design had to feel approachable and motivating.
Focused on building trust: showcased Riley’s personal success story and included clear explanations of the benefits of the program.
Structured the site with clear CTAs (“Book a Free Strategy Call”) at key moments to guide visitors toward taking the next step in their journey.
Developed a simple, digestible flow that focused on breaking down the Ghostwriting OS process into bite-sized, actionable steps.
Designed the page to handle common objections upfront, such as lack of experience, low followings, and fear of wasted time.
Technology Used:
Built on Framer, leveraging the platform’s flexibility for a seamless design with fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and an intuitive interface.
Added smooth, strategically placed animations that add interest and point to key elements without overwhelm.
4. The Process

The client needed a fast and low-cost solution, so we decided on a pre-designed template customization.

5. Key Takeaways
Simplicity is key: The more straightforward and clear the offer, the more likely visitors are to take action. By removing clutter and focusing on the core system, I helped Riley present a strong, actionable plan.
Empathy builds trust: Understanding the emotional state of the target audience (writers struggling with self-doubt and lack of direction) and addressing those concerns throughout the site increased the perceived value of the program.
Actionable steps create momentum: By presenting a simple, step-by-step process, we made it easier for visitors to understand how they could start building a career, no matter their experience level.
