The goal of AI Meeting Tracker was to create a modern web application that helps professionals capture, transcribe, and analyze meeting conversations with ease. The client aimed to build a reliable tool that not only records meeting content but also generates clear summaries and actionable insights — addressing a common productivity challenge where users spend excessive time manually taking notes or trying to recall discussion highlights. Leveraging AI-driven techniques, the project focused on extracting the most important information from conversations, tracking key points, follow-ups, and tasks discussed in meetings.
Worked as a Full Stack Software Developer to design and build the entire meeting tracker platform from the ground up. This included crafting an intuitive dashboard interface that displays meeting transcripts, summaries, and action items, optimizing data workflows for responsive performance, and ensuring scalability across desktop devices. Integration of AI-assisted components enabled automated recognition of meeting topics and extraction of insights to enhance usability. The architecture was built for scalability, performance, and data accuracy so that users can focus on their meetings without being burdened by post-meeting tasks.
The final product delivers a smooth, professional meeting experience that transforms raw discussions into structured meeting summaries, with highlighted decisions, speaker insights, and prioritized follow-ups.
