As the Lead Flutter Developer for BIONS, BNI Sekuritas’ flagship investment platform, I led the full mobile and web development lifecycle using Flutter technology. The app provides users with a seamless, secure way to manage their investments on both iOS, Android, and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Led the design, development, and maintenance of the BIONS app using Flutter, delivering a consistent, high-performance user experience across mobile and web.

Architected app features and coordinated a team of developers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Integrated and managed various third-party SDKs such as payment gateways, analytics tools, and push notifications to enhance app capabilities.

Directed the release management process, overseeing internal testing phases through Firebase App Distribution, Apple TestFlight, and Google Play Internal Testing.

Implemented best practices in testing, code review, and CI/CD to ensure stability, scalability, and maintainability.

Monitored app performance and user feedback through Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics, driving continuous improvements.
