The challenge CreateTech needed a clearer way to organize incoming leads, understand where each family stood in the enrollment journey, and keep follow-up from becoming a manual guessing game.

My approach I mapped the journey from initial lead capture through consultation and enrollment, then designed a CRM structure around those stages. The workflow connects lead tagging, pipeline movement, and follow-up actions so the process is easier to understand and manage.

The outcome The finished system provides a more organized view of the enrollment process and a repeatable framework for managing leads. Instead of relying on scattered follow-ups, the workflow shows what should happen next and where each lead belongs.

This project combines CRM strategy, digital marketing, automation planning, and visual communication into one practical operating system.
