What’s the point of having a website if no one can find it? No really.
If you aren’t driving site traffic from potential clients, then why even pay for a website to be published?
My client was frustrated.
He knows he has a unique offering. He knows that his seasonal business should already be booking for NEXT summer.
But it isn’t. In fact, it was barely booked for this summer.
So, here’s what we did.
➡️ Redesigned his website… aka gave it a facelift. I kept the overall colors and brand style but put a modern spin on it so all elements were clean and aligned.
➡️ Optimized the entire website for SEO. I mean every single element on every single page and every single possible setting there is. All of it. 100% optimized.
➡️ Ran a few reports through Google Search Console to discover what keywords were already driving some traffic to the site and CAPITALIZED on that. Yes, I sure did add those keywords to on-page content. Yes, I sure did update those metatags. And yes, I sure did have him plan some blog content around them!
➡️ Optimized the site for mobile. Mobile makes up over half of the organic traffic- so this couldn’t be an afterthought. I went through each element on mobile to make sure it was fully responsive. If we didn’t need something there , I removed it. I made sure buttons were large enough that they could be easily clicked and we were using our scroll space wisely.
By implementing these strategies- over 90 days there was a 93% increase in ORGANIC TRAFFIC. This means, not a penny in advertising traffic.
