Project Description:
Work with Marmalade focused on the launch of their Founder Community. Our primary objective was to enhance Marmalade's social presence on Instagram and community engagement during this pivotal phase. Leveraging a multifaceted approach, we aimed to showcase the platform's new "list" feature, drive user interaction, and facilitate the integration of The Verticale into Marmalade's ecosystem. Deliverables:
Our strategies encompassed the creation of in-house video content, highlighting founders and their brands by crossreferning their lists, and fostering collaboration between the two communities. This involved comprehensive social media management and content production aimed at driving engagement and brand visibility. Results (KPIs):
Community Integration:
Founders within the community actively shared their lists across their social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram. This organic engagement contributed to a +249% increase in profile visits, showcasing effective cross-platform engagement and traffic generation.
Social Media Metrics:
On Instagram, we witnessed a 2x growth in engagement rate, signaling improved resonance with our audience. Total impressions surged by an impressive +55.8%, indicating heightened visibility. Notably, collaborative posts between Marmalade and The Verticale emerged as the highest-performing content, achieving a remarkable 42% reach and a 7.7% engagement rate.
