Developing ZipZap’s Webflow Website With a CRM-Connected Multi-Step Quote Form
For a car rental business, the quote form is one of the most important conversion points on the website. We built one that converts smoothly and connects directly into their automation workflow.
Overview
ZipZap provides car rental services with a fleet of vehicles available for short-term and long-term rentals. Their website plays a central role in helping customers explore available cars and request quotes quickly.
The design was already prepared by ZipZap’s team. Our role was to translate that design into a fully functional Webflow website while building a scalable system for managing vehicle data and a structured multi-step form that connects directly into their CRM workflow.
Problem
ZipZap had the design done. What they didn't have was a build that connected the website to their actual sales process. Two specific gaps:
Their fleet kept growing, and updating cars meant rebuilding pages.
Quote requests came in through forms that didn't talk to their CRM. Leads got missed. Follow-ups got delayed.
What We Built
A Webflow CMS for vehicle data
Add a car, update specs, swap photos — all from the editor. Zero developer time per update.
A multi-step "Get a Quote" form that doesn't scare people off
Multi-step forms convert better than long single-page forms when the structure is right. We built one that guides the user instead of overwhelming them.
Webhook integration into n8n
Form submissions hit ZipZap's automation workflow instantly. Lead data is structured, routed, and in the sales rep's inbox before the visitor closes the tab.
Outcome
ZipZap’s team manages its fleet without touching code. Quote requests flow into their CRM automatically. The website now works as an active part of their sales pipeline.
