Modern Music Streaming App Design Practice

Overview A modern music streaming app recreation designed to practice mobile device constraints and accessibility considerations. This project explores responsive design principles within the unique limitations of mobile interfaces.

Goal To familiarize myself with mobile device size constraints and develop a user-friendly interface with intuitive interactions that can serve as a foundation for future mobile frameworks.

Challenges Adapting to smaller screen sizes created roadblocks when testing user interactions, particularly with touch target sizes. Balancing legible button dimensions, text readability, and image quality while maintaining smooth interactions proved challenging. I needed to ensure the interface wasn't overwhelmed with oversized elements while keeping key components clearly accessible.

Solutions Crafted a clean, minimalistic, and functional framework that prioritizes seamless user experience. Through careful hierarchy and spacing decisions, I achieved clarity without clutter. This project successfully established a solid foundation for future mobile design work, with reusable patterns for navigation, controls, and content display.
