Dimention Data & Microsoft - Workspaces For Tomorrow AV

Punch Club Studio was tasked with creating the vfx for the Hololens AV for Dimension Data in association with Microsoft.   The AV is referenced as an internal promotional piece for Dimension Data, as well as a marketing tool used to depict Dimension Data's forward thinking when it comes to integrated Microsoft products used in their business today and going into the future. The concept involved the integration of Shoot (Gonzoe Film & Productions), design, storyboarding, 2D animation, 3D animation, 3D tracking and compositing from us over at Punch Club Studio. Working with the great team from Gonzoe Films and Productions, under the great direction from Ross Jameson, Punch Club Studio assisted with taking the great footage shot and making it a full piece, adding all the motion graphics and graphic elements to create not only a good-looking piece but something that could communicate the message. Our challenge was time and the sheer number of shots that needed that special something, but with a solid pre-production, all efforts were made to streamline the process and allow for open collaboration between the various teams.   This is a piece that we are proud of, as everything came together with the aid of solid producing and direction from Gonzoe Film & Productions.
