CSV record counts should follow records, not physical lines.
In this synthetic support export, an embedded newline and comma survive CSV round-tripping. 5 input records reconcile to 4 retained records and 1 wholly blank record omitted. Internal spacing stays intact. An invalid email string is flagged rather than guessed; the email check tests syntax only.
Demonstration work for Clean Sheet Sprint; no client result is claimed. Source copies, issue logs and count checks are part of the workflow.
