For this project, I transformed the provided creative direction into a polished marketing video for JO Properties. I focused on creating a professional visual experience that communicates the brand clearly while keeping the content engaging for its target audience.

My work included video editing, visual composition, pacing, transitions, typography, music, and overall presentation. I paid close attention to brand consistency and storytelling to ensure the final piece felt polished, professional, and suitable for digital marketing.

This project demonstrates my ability to interpret a creative brief, make visual decisions independently, and take a project from initial direction through to a finished marketing asset.
