In my role as the driving force behind establishing an Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and project delivery framework for a state agency, I embarked on a multifaceted approach. Initially, I conducted thorough assessments of the organization's project management practices and identified areas for improvement. Drawing upon industry best practices and leveraging stakeholder input, I crafted a comprehensive governance structure and standardized processes tailored to the agency's unique needs.
