Data Quality Management for the Digital School Services Project.

The project's aim is to optimize and make more efficient the business processes related to the educational system at the regional and higher education levels. It seeks to introduce new means of managing various life situations that arise within the education process, such as verifying achieved education, monitoring attendance, arranging loans, and reducing or eliminating the administrative burden and unnecessary bureaucracy associated with process management.

The project encompasses the following key tasks:

Data Profiling: Analyzing the existing educational data to understand its structure, content, and quality.

Assisted Data Cleaning: Employing tools and methodologies to ensure data cleanliness, accuracy, and consistency across different educational systems and databases.

Data Transformation: Converting educational data from its current format into a structured form suitable for integration into the new eGovernment services platform.

Master Data Management: Creating a central repository to maintain and manage the master data of the educational system, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accessible for eGovernment services.
