Rapport - CRM UI Design

Working this project was truly an amazing experience. Rapport CRM – a comprehensive customer relationship management platform designed to help businesses build stronger connections and achieve lasting success. Their vision for a relationship-driven CRM platform resonated deeply with me, and we worked closely together to translate that vision into a user-centric website design.

Understanding User Needs: Through workshops and user research, we gained valuable insights into the needs of both Rapport's team and their target audience. This informed every design decision.

Iterative Design Process: We employed an iterative design process, allowing for continuous refinement of the website based on client feedback.

Data-Driven Design Decisions: A/B testing and user flow analysis were used to ensure the website delivered the best possible user experience.
