The project is a challenging design due to the lot size limitation and building code provisions stating that there should be an offset from the structure to the sidewalk. However, I am still able to come up with this semi-modern home design utilizing large glass panels to create an illusion of a wide space despite the interior space constraint. This home design consists of the following features:
