PROVEN: Saudi Business Partner Website

PROVEN helps companies set up and build their workforce in Saudi Arabia, from the first market assessment to running day to day operations. I was the solo developer on the website, building it with Next.js and React in English and Arabic. It covers the services journey, the WIZAN workforce planning tool, a "which of these is you" guide and a consultation form.

Most of the work went into how the site feels. Lenis handles the smooth scrolling, and the motion is custom code built on scroll position and IntersectionObserver: a curved 3D photo carousel in the hero, a video panel that tilts flat as you scroll, parallax images, service cards that stack and scale on a sticky section, and content that fades in as it enters the screen. Everything respects reduced motion settings.
