KitBoard was developed in close collaboration with ConvertKit to address the specific needs of content creators and marketers. Our team at Restack Labs began by working with ConvertKit to scope out the essential features and user journeys, translating their vision into functional prototypes using Bubble’s no-code platform. This iterative process allowed us to rapidly adjust and refine the product based on ongoing feedback, ensuring alignment with ConvertKit’s goals.
During development, we focused on building a user-friendly interface that would simplify complex workflows. Utilizing Bubble’s responsive design capabilities, we integrated advanced features like personalized reminders, dynamic subscriber insights, and visual sales funnel tools. The development process was marked by rapid build-and-test cycles, leveraging Bubble’s backend to create a scalable and secure database architecture. This enabled seamless API integration with ConvertKit, automating critical workflows and ensuring smooth data synchronization.
As we neared completion, rigorous usability and performance testing ensured KitBoard met ConvertKit’s high standards. We addressed interface bugs, optimized backend performance, and conducted security audits to ensure a reliable launch. Our team collaborated with ConvertKit on deployment strategies and provided detailed documentation and training.
