Project Overview:
Livivo Health focuses on delivering tailored, preventive health programs based on individual lifestyle data. The objective was to design a clean, effective landing page and a comprehensive questionnaire that guides users toward personalized health plans to improve their well-being and prevent health issues.
Design Highlights:
1. Clear, Conversion-Focused Landing Page:
The landing page was designed to immediately communicate Livivo’s mission of delivering personalized health programs. I used clear headlines, bold visuals, and concise messaging to explain the benefits of customized health solutions. Strong CTAs guide users toward starting their journey by completing the health assessment.
2. Engaging Visual Storytelling:
I integrated visual storytelling to showcase how Livivo’s tailored health programs improve well-being. Visual elements, such as icons and images, effectively communicate the core value proposition while creating a sense of trust and professionalism.
3. Comprehensive, User-Friendly Questionnaire:
The heart of the experience is the health questionnaire, designed to collect detailed lifestyle and health information from users. I designed it to be simple and engaging, breaking the questions into digestible sections. Progress tracking and clear instructions ensure users feel comfortable providing the necessary details for a tailored health plan.
4. Personalized Health Recommendations:
After completing the questionnaire, users are provided with a personalized health plan. The design ensures that the transition from answering questions to receiving results is seamless, with the plan presented in an easy-to-understand format, encouraging further engagement.
5. Mobile-Responsive Design:
Understanding that users access the platform from various devices, I optimized both the landing page and the questionnaire for mobile use, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience across all screen sizes.
