International digital communications expert Matt Bailey of SiteLogic asked me to help refine and organize a series of 100+ eLearning lessons for the UAE government's Digital Media Academy.

I worked on researching and structuring well over a hundred lessons covering: creating smart cities through digital government strategy, improving inter-departmental communications, creating a culture of service through technology, streamlining citizen access to online services, and more.

The result is a highly successful course that helps cities and regional governments throughout the UAE effectively integrate online technologies and strategies to better serve their constituents.
