Automate Deployment of Services to AWS

Pioneered the use of Jenkins to deploy new code changes to the Development environment to quickly test updates before automatically deploying to QA and Production environments. This allowed code to be tested and released in 1/3 of the time, and errors to be caught earlier in the development cycle. See project at https://github.com/harvard-lts/jenkins-pipeline-library.
