Unicorn Road 🦄 reached out to me, and we discussed what we can do for the biology laboratory website. What kind of visuals can be created, etc. I immediately created this moodboard using pure ref. I looked at Pinterest and Behance and did an image search for the things that came to mind.

Our goal was creating visually compelling website visuals, and Unicorn Road was going to create the website itself. We had meetings about how atoms, molecules, and cells worked. What kind of styles can we use to showcase them?

Having a meeting and hearing about all those miracles in the universe. All those tiny machines working together non-stop and with no error, I was shocked and so happy. I really love my job; I love creating things in 3D. Because in order to create, I have to learn about it deeply. And, when I learn about things, I fall in love with the art on them.

We tried to visualize molecules with wood, cork, and glass materials.

This bottom one, I really like it. Just looks like candy. And it was going to show the cell division when I animated them. But we changed our minds again and went in other directions.

Some "under microscope" tests here, trying find the good density for it.

More closer look, and it's very colorful as well.

Added some shadows and dept of field.

Here I tried to move things to the side so on the website we can have blank space to put headings and texts.

Really liked these ones.

After all this, we went in a different direction, but you gotta see it yourself.
