Originally, I had seen the Chewy Bark Box on Tv all the time. For example they'd be in ads, infomercials, and even the radio. Next, I started seeing them plastered on local pet stores and billboards and thought; might as well try them out! I have a cute little pup that is a heavy chewer myself, whom I love dearly. So I understand the struggle to find good durable dog toys. Most of my shopping had turned into how to spot the most durable, and long lasting toys for my dog. After seeing advertisements and great reviews I decided to give in and subscribe to a Bark Box myself. Truthfully, money well spent!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered the subscription. Sure, there are good revies, ads, and word of mouth. But, there is always that "What if?" So, needless to say waiting on it's arrival had my and my dog on our toes! When the box finally arrived both her and I were very excited, maybe myself more than her. To my delight, the box was beautifulyy decorated on the inside, and simply on the outside. In my opinion, making for a sleek and fun product package look. Inside was similar to a treasure box! At first sight, your met with a long paper (outlining the box) including pictures of various dogs using the toys and some short descriptions, along with some fun-colored confetti. There are many toys of different colors and in my case (added in my subscription) some scrumptious healthy treats for my dog. I was surprised to learn that each toy comes with a tag describing the ins and outs of the toy technology, scents, safety precautions, and more!

Personally, I can say my first experience with Chewy's Bark Box was enjoyable and worry free. As seeing one of my primary concerns for ordering this subscription was the safter of my pet, as well as the durability of the toys themselves. Exceptionally, all of the tags attatched to the idividual bones and toys had an insightful description of what the toy is made with, its fun quirks, how they are crafted, and a warning on when to throw the toy away if it is needed. It became clear to me that Chewy.com takes pet safety and owner trust seriously and with care.

As I fell in love with the Bark Box toys and treats every month, each delivery consisted of a creative difference. For instance, different boxes had a different variety additions:

Well, this did make me ecstatic for my dog, she couldn't be any happier! She already knows how to spot a bark box and her tail wags intensify with every added toy. Enthusiastic reactions would be an understatement for the both of us.

Customer service on Chewy.com has deserved it's right for a special mention. Mostly any concearns or feedback-like comments are handled proficiently by a friendly team of associates, making sure my experience was as enjoyable and seemless as possible. To add to this, while oficially registering for a monthly subscription, they helped me manage the flexability and customization of my personal box. I found this helpful as they offered different payment and delivery options and informed me, I could adjust these options any time I would like. Overall I felt very welcomed and valued as a customer.

In general, the Chewy.com Bark Box was and is still a very enjoyable experience for my dog and I. Our journey with this company including the packaging, product testing, and customer service has been more than exceptional.
