Terrace House

A contemporary design with a play of mass and void involving a very minimal material palette. The project brief was very simple, which required multiple open spaces to hang out.

The interior of the project enhances the sense of warmth when one enters the residence. The color palette and the materials is established for the same. We've used Italian Marble for flooring and Teak wood for doors and windows. Skylight contributes to a natural light throughout the day. We've also tried to reduce the usage of artificial light and ventilation. The overall approach to the interiors is what gives rise to the name Shreegandha.
