As a Business Analyst, my role in the software project was to create and maintain the software documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This involved working closely with the development team to understand the software system and its various components.

To begin, I conducted research and analysis to determine the scope of the software documentation, including the target audience and the type of documentation needed. I then worked with the project manager and other stakeholders to identify the key features and requirements of the software system.

Using this information, I created a comprehensive software document plan that included a list of all the required documents, their purpose, and their timeline. I then developed the software documentation, which included user manuals, installation guides, technical specifications, and release notes.

Throughout the project, I collaborated with the development team to ensure that the software documentation accurately reflected the software system's functionality. I also worked with the project manager and other stakeholders to manage changes to the software documentation, ensuring that all updates were documented and communicated to the relevant parties.

In addition, I conducted quality assurance checks to ensure that the software documentation met industry standards and was easy to read and understand. This involved working with the development team to ensure that the software documentation was consistent with the software system and conducting user testing to ensure that the documentation was effective in communicating the necessary information to end-users.

Overall, my role in the software project was to ensure that the software documentation was accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive, helping to ensure the success of the software system.
