"The Wet Witch" aka "Slapjā Ragana" is a well-known drift track in Latvia, which has grown into a local drifting hot-spot. They needed a new website to sell services and a powerful booking system to make sure they run the track efficiently.

This was a super fun project, where my role was both web designer & developer. The biggest challenge was to come up with a simple, yet powerful and fully-functional booking system, which also had integrated payment option.

There was almost non-existent branding, which consisted of a logo and the yellow brand color. This was perfect as I could implement my vision, and make sure the website stays minimalistic, yet functional and easy to navigate. The web design was established within two rounds, and we proceeded quickly to the development phase.

This website was built on Framer CMS, which was a perfect match for this project. Not only the website has top performance, it is has one of the most simple user interfaces, which can be quickly learned by anyone on the team. Each element is made into a component, and changing content is super simple. The booking system is powered by Cal.com, which integrates with Stripe payments, and a simple database for user management.

This was a fun, yet challenging project, which was perfectly executed by me and my wife. We proved once again, that as a team, we thrive. Around the time of developing this project, we established our agency Visualwise.io
